- You have paid for premium support: Please submit a ticket ("premium support") and fill in the required fields. These support tickets will be answered as soon as possible, within a maximum of 12 hours on working days.
- All other users: If you have received our product for free (e.g. from a magazine
disc or your Internet provider), or use a trial version, please post your question in our
support forum.
